Northwood Cleaners

I brought several high-end formal shirts to this dry cleaner, including Burberry, Louis Vuitton, and Alexander McQueen shirts that are very expensive and were in perfect condition before being left here.
When I picked them up, I unfortunately did not inspect them immediately. Later, when my husband went to wear them, we noticed yellow stains/spots all over multiple shirts that were never there before. I returned to the business and explained the issue respectfully. At first, the owner agreed to try cleaning them again.

The worst dry cleaning ever. I asked for clean and press satin dress. I even tip the guy in advance because I knew the dress is dirty. I didn’t open dress right away after I brought it at home and that was a mistake. When I open it before going to the party the dress still had stains and wasn’t press at all. I called him and he ask me to come. He said he didn’t see any stains, which was huge, and said he can press it again. I said no because it was still dirty and I didn’t want to go with dirty dress. BEWARE- I brought a brand new pair of white pants in to be taken in. When I came to pick them up it looked like only one side was done, in addition to stains on them. He kept them to do it correctly and remove the stain. Low and behold, there were more stains on them. He told me he didn't put nothing on them they just had taken them in. Why are the stain where he had taken them in. So he steams that stain out and puts another on them. I point it out, he gets mad and says oh now you just , but shuts up. He jad to go to back yet once again to clean them. Im not sure if the stains will come back. Stay tuned.
