We believe in educating the customer on each step of the shipping process, but at the same time only requiring the least time and effort on their part to get things done right. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service with a one-on-one approach. We don't believe in voice-prompts when people call in on the phone (we don't have any) or automated e-mail responses.
