Haven't got an actual massage there yet but I did go inside to talk about the pricing the price is a little steep but I still want to try it one day just haven't gotten time to myself

Miguel massaged both, my mother and I. We both agreed that he was truly great with his hands! I became a member here and I am extremely happy I did! Can't wait for my hot stone massage!

Update 2/11/19 And just like that, Shirley is gone. And I've been offered a service with the therapist who nearly destroyed my face. I'll be seeking out a therapist from a different location after researching reviews. I wish these franchises would do more to hold onto stellar employees. -- I've had good services here, and bad services. Communication to management isn't always well received, but overall, I've been happy since a bad situation was rectified. I finally had a stellar facial with Shirley. Don't let her go. She knows what she's doing and actually listens and respects my wishes about what not to do with my skin. Some air freshener spray in the bathroom would be a nice touch. Also, to the manager - please make sure your license board has correct and up to date licenses for your professionals. I did not see Shirley's up there when I went for my service. Big no no professionally and legally. There's always a sight push to buy products which is expected, but Shirley's approach was to offer AFTER, not before or during the service. I am a licensed salon professional myself so please keep up with hiring trained professionals and I'll keep coming back.
