Update: I won't blame the company for the bad customer service response. In fairness I have dealt with other 888 reps who were pleasant and helpful in the past but that particular one caused me to forget the pleasant ones. Today a manager reached out to me and took care of the gift card issues. I am completely satisfied with the resolution and took away one star just because I know that mean one still works there and I hope he doesn't respond to other customers in that manner.Do your research on msrp prices. I love 888 Lots. Tremendous selection, great prices, ability to go very deep in a sku. Buying on 888Lots has enabled me to grow my business with a big boost in profit and average selling price. When I had an issue with an order Jacob resolved it completely and effectively with great customer service. Highly recommend 888Lots for Amazon sellers or really anyone just looking for great deals.
