Tom just saved me $22,000 dollars. I called AJ Perry first, they sent out two contractors that I did NOT call, and they told me that my entire boiler system was broken and needed to be replaced...for $22,000. My sister in law told me about Tom. He came out the next morning, showed me that my boiler is in great shape, he replaced a $50 part and charged me $175 in labor. Tom is honest, skillful, and prompt. Rare qualities nowadays!

Our air conditioning was barely working for years. I had 3 different service men work on it. Still not cooling. Then I found TK Heating and Air Conditioing. Saki found the problem and fixed it. Got a RIDICULOUS estimate from another (well known) A/C company after being told we needed an entirely new system. TK came the very next morning only to FIX the system in a (literal) HOT MINUTE! I was thrilled.We will definitely need the system replaced in the future and you can bet your bottom dollar that I’ll be calling TK! Highly recommend!!!
