I can’t recommend this place enough! Their customer service is unmatched, and they truly care about helping people. We stained our brand new stairs and realized the color didn’t match our floors. After calling nearly 20 stores, they were the only ones who took the time to help. One of their experts spent over 20 minutes walking us through a solution—saving us from having to resand and spend thousands.

They have a huge selection of beautiful floors, finishes, and stains, and they really know their stuff. If you’re looking for flooring, this is the place to go—knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful!

I accidentally stumbled upon SMI in fairfield as I was searching for flooring for my home in the Catskills.
