John, our sales representative, was very thorough and always available to answer my follow-up questions and concerns. Karen in the office was polite, professional, and kept me updated on the status of the materials. She also took the time to double-check the renovation plans before work began.
Martin, the foreman, was thorough and professional throughout the project. Robbie, who delivered materials and removed the debris, was polite and took great care when moving everything in and out of the house. The crew doing the renovation also checked in with me multiple times to make sure accessories, fixtures, and other details were placed exactly where I wanted them.
The difference between the before and after is incredible. The whole process felt organized, communication was consistent, and I felt involved in the decisions that mattered. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’m super happy with my new bathroom!”
