You get what you pay for with the stylists. Booked a hour cut.. the stylist cut my hair in 20 minutes because of scheduling issues. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. At least give me a little curl at the end of my hair or a little bit of product just SOMETHING to show I even got a hair cut. Nope. Just wanted to get the next person in because I’m sure they were paying more for highlights. I repeat you are getting what you pay for!
I visited this Ulta location for the first time recently, and I was very impressed with the friendly staff and service. Beautiful store!
I booked a haircut with Nicole and I'm thrilled with my new shorter layered-cut (goodbye constant ponytail)! I'm so excited to return in a few weeks to have Nicole color my hair! :)
