Frank and Jim have always been my go to for tile! It’s low pressure shopping with an endless selection! Such high quality with attention to detail, maintenance, and affordability. I returned a saddle that was broken during installation today expecting to have to purchase a new one. With regard to the natural stone I purchased, they offered me other more durable option first. Knowing my heart was set on this material, they gave me a new one at no charge and carefully explained how it can easily it can break due to the nature of the material and install. I have purchased tile for multiple projects from here. Jim is very knowledgeable, knows the inventory well and has been very helpful both in the design as well as the ordering of the products. They have a wide variety of tile, that is a good cross section of cost. They even have coupons to deduct significant amount from the total sale. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for future tile needs.
