I have been a patient of Franklin Corner Dental for more than 10 yrs. Everyone is professional and welcoming. When you walk in, they greet you by name with a smile, making you feel like family. All of the staff are friendly and are great at making you feel comfortable. The Dr's and staff are great!
This is the first time I went to the dentist and didn't feel any sense of anxiety. I know most people don't enjoy going to the dentist, but this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Lori was my dental hygienist, and she explained everything in a way that was informative, but didn't make me feel like she was trying to sell me on anything. She approached it in a way I that was friendly and caring, so that I could possibly consider a few things for future, such as a mouthguard or Invisalign for my bottom teeth. She gave me the "comforting mom" experience, which was very sweet, because I'm a grown woman who is a big baby at the dentist (specifically needles in my gums for cavities!) Then came Dr. Nguyen. He couldn't have been more adorable if he tried. He was very friendly and genuine, which is a testament to his practice because EVERYONE in that whole building was friendly. I am recommending this place to my husband (we are new to the area) and anyone else looking for a dentist around here.
I have been a patient of Franklin Corner Dental for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. This dental practice far exceeds any other dental practice I went to before. Over the years my husband and I have referred several of our friends and neighbors to Franklin Corner Dental and most, if not all, are still patients. Dr. Cozzarin has been my dentist since I became a patient and Tracey has been my hygienist for several years. They are fantastic! Thanks to everyone in the office for putting patients first and making things work so smoothly.
