“My overall experience for my second treatment of braces was decent. It did take a bit longer than originally anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances during Covid. There was several turnover of staff throughout my journey however I was & still am extremely grateful that Helen was someone who stayed on and provided excellent service. She works well with the doctors and is patient, attentive, and all around personable and knowledgeable. I’m glad that I was able to connect with her and the doctor well as they both listened to what my needs were without having made felt that I was difficult.
