We had a yellow jacket hive in a planter. We left it alone all summer because it is right next to the milkweed plants we grow for the Monarch Butterflies (we did not want the insecticide for the wasps to harm the butterflies or their caterpillars). Monarch Butterfly season was almost over and the yellow jackets were becoming more aggressive so we called Coopers. Most caterpillars survived the treatment, we can’t believe it! We are very happy!
Charlotte was SO knowledgeable. She displayed excellent professionalism, passion for the job, and knowledge of what was happening in our house and our next steps. Also just a lot of compassion that it is difficult to deal with unwanted critters. This was our first experience with Cooper and it was very positive. The people I called initially were nice, getting an appointment was easy and smooth. While I’m waiting/ hoping that their interventions help, so far this has been a really great customer experience.
