“Lighthouse has shown both skill and integrity in resolving our difficulties with a new Mitsubishi split unit. We bought 2 units in June 2023. One has been fine, but one has been working intermittently for the past several months. The first time it stopped Bob and his son came out and replaced 2 boards and a motor and charged us for the labor as per the contract. The unit was working but the cycle repeated several times. Bob repeatedly asked Mitsubishi to honor the warranty on this 2 year old unit and they refused. He spent hours obtaining troubleshooting info from the company and carrying out the several repair steps. He spent so much time on our unit throughout his busiest season. He did not accept any offers of payment for any visit but the first and spent so much time negotiating with the company for a replacement unit, which he knew was the right way to solve the problem. I have never dealt with a repair company that has demonstrated this level of integrity. If you need HVAC materials or labor, do not hesitate to call on Bob at Lighthouse. He is one in a million“
