Very unprofessional. Signed a contract on 6/30 promising to have work completed. Gave a deposit and Doug cashed my check with in a week. It is now September 7 he did not do any work and also has not returned my initial deposit. Do not believe any promises he makes or go with this individual for any type of work. I would give him a 0 if that was possible.
