Didn't point out the stains remaining on a dress that I had dry cleaned there. Refused to honor my request to have them removed for free. Was going to charge me an extra $25. And I've been a patron there for 25 years!! No more.

I went in to get stains out of 2 white shirts - especially around the ring of the collar. He did not get either out of the shirt. I told him i was not happy. Did not offer to redo them. I could do better with bleach for $2.. but her charged me $10 per shirt and they looked no different than when i brought them in. I would find someone else. Not friendly at all. Would never go back. They've been losing items and now they don't honor the Monday Special they have on display (take it down then!), else they just tagged my card twice these past few weeks with New York City prices even when I said it was a Monday 30% off order before giving my card. .... don't use them for any sweaters or wool knits, (they will shrink).
