Not sure I will be coming back to Philips-Barber. I love Dr. Lei. She is kind and caring and takes her time with her patients. She is the only reason I have continued to go to this practice for the last year. It seems like the practice is in constant turmoil. It is very clear to anyone who pays attention or who has worked in a Drs office before that they are clearly unraveling and are poorly managed. I have never been to a practice where the reception staff is so rude and difficult to deal with. If they are not rude then they are confused and don’t seem to know what they are doing or what they are supposed to be doing. Today I called and spoke to Lauren on the phone....read full review

Many of the doctors at this practice are very attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. Doctor Monica Meyer, in particular, is extraordinary! She actively and empathetically listens and is very caring! I highly recommend this provider!
