Went for a mental health evaluation, after trying to make appointment. Took it and the next day they told me they don’t do mental health. Although there is a big poster when you walk in about mental health. Here now for a dog bite and they told me I have to be off the property bye 8 instead of helping. Told me they are full tonight. And I am the only one in the waiting room.

Had annual checkup scheduled for months ahead of time. I purposefully took early morning appointment to avoid the brutal wait time when I had an appointment mid day. Well, got there, nurse took my vitals and took me to the room. I sat there for almost an hour, she comes back and tells me Dr. Eichman had an emergency and we don’t know when she’ll be able to come in. You can wait but it might take longer. After an hour!! The whole entire time, the doctor wasn’t even in the building and I’m sitting and waiting for a no show like an idiot. No clue how they run an office like this.

Best providers ever. Never rushed. Always listens to the patient, great support. Very professional, kind, caring. All the docs and nurses rock! Front staff the best. Highly recommend this practice if your looking for a new PCP.
New upgraded practice is nice, with specialty services now there, radiology and PT coming sometime this year? So soon a one stop shop. 😉
Been with them 29 years, wouldn't go anywhere else.
