I walked into Rich's not really sure of what I wanted for my flooring project-and I am a terrible decision-maker when I think I do know. But Maria, the sales associate who assisted me, was knowledgeable and thorough, pointing out some pros and cons of various options that I may not have considered, showing me the range of options within various floor types, and was patient and helpful as I changed my mind three or four times! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have been looking to replace our flooring for awhile and nothing was meeting our expectations until my husband saw a post from a friend on social media that they had their floors done. He reached out and they had a great experience so we decided to give them a try. From the first time we walked into the showroom everyone was so friendly and helpful. After being totally overwhelmed my husband went back and chatted with Chris who gave him so much information.
