“Having our basement refurbished after a sump pump failure. Obtained estimates from four (4) contractors for the work. We chose Yeager. Adam Yeager, owner, arrived 745am on Monday AM exactly as agreed and began work. Very professional and easy to work with. Responsive and easy to communicate with. Clear estimate was provided before work commenced. It was adjusted during the work downward, by Adam. Work proceeded for three days then we had a day off so drywall work could dry. Drying process took a day or two longer than anticipated and the sanding folks came by the following Monday. They did a nice job. Painters were delayed a day and came on Thursday AM. They were supposed to finish in a day but could not and had to return after the holiday weekend. Extended schedule running up against the holiday weekend. We thought this was going to be a shorter project. It is ok. We realize the weather and schedules can change. Painters returned Tuesday AM to finish up. Adam also came by with the carpet men who delivered the carpet for installation the next day. They returned Weds AM and finished up Wednesday afternoon. We do like how diligent Adam is with the subs and that he always stops by to check on the work. I was comfortable leaving the house to do some chores and having a workout during the work. Final bill was as expected. I asked Adam to be available to speak with my Insurer so that they could better understand why the work costed more than the insurance adjusters estimate. He did that and I received another check for the recoverable depreciation on our claim. We highly recommend Adam Yeager and would definitely use him again for any project at our home. Mark & Nancy.“

“All of the above. I called another company, AJ Perry for a service call. They originally installed my system 13 years ago. They told me that my gas valve was defective along with a "fried PC board" & Defective thermostat. $4000.00 Repair bill. They advised to replace the entire system. $21000.00 but they could do it if I agreed to do it on Tuesday because they needed the work for $13000.00..We are close to 80 years old & live on a fixed income. I then called Dennis at Tin Man to check my system. He repaired it in less than 1/2 hour and just charged me a service call. It was a God Send.
