Katelyn in customer service is the best! There was a delay with my order because of the weather, but Katelyn stepped up and tracked my order. Then, she sent two additional updates to let me know the status and the delivery date. Exceptional service!

I live in France and use Igel beauty products, I have never had a problem with their products. Their customer service is super responsive and answers our questions precisely. I hope I never have a problem with them because I will be disappointed .Unfortunately the costs are quite high so I am waiting for big promotions to have a profitable order, otherwise I will order more often.

Products are good, but not good enough to make up for shoddy customer service. Claiming up to 10 business days for processing orders, lack of urgency answering customer emails. Kept pushing for me to add acetone or paint thinner to a lumpy gel polish instead of just offering a replacement product. Given that I just placed my 3rd order with them in the past 6 months you would think they’d take customer loyalty into consideration - nope. I love supporting local businesses (especially during times like this) as they’re based out of NJ, but I think that my current order may be my last. Please do better as a business!
