“I came here for the first time for an IBD fill and I wanted my nails perfectly square and Paul did my nails exactly how I wanted them. Square and thin is what I asked for and they are perfect and I’m obsessed. I had almond shape and I was nervous that they weren’t gonna be square enough the first time going back to square from almond but they literally couldn’t be any more perfect and I love them. “Update below* First experience not so great. My nails were not what I anticipated, lumpy and uneven. So I thought it was a fluke, it was my first time pampering myself in forever so ok.
Second time amazing, above and beyond beautiful work, so I wanted to book with the same nail tech again for next time.
I book online and then call and request the same tech, I ran a few mins late due to traffic, she wasn’t available. Welp the same tech as the first time was the only one available, ok I’ll give it a shot.
Wow actually worse than the first time. I understand I got there almost at 6, they are open until 7…. He was rushing. I’m embarrassed that I even walked out with these nails. I got gel polish…. Nothing fancy whatsoever. I didn’t even need a cut but somehow he messed up my shape too.
I learned my lesson big time.

*I showed them my review and got my nails fixed which was very much appreciated. So 10/10 there, but from now on I’m going to go elsewhere since it’s hit or miss. Can’t waste my money if I’m not sure what I’m getting.“
