My Ralph Lauren bag needed the strap fixed, and every other place I went to wanted to charge more than I paid for the bag itself. He fixed it exactly how I asked, for such a reasonable price, and it was ready the next day. It looks perfect!
I also brought in my shoes, which had worn-out bottoms and a damaged heel that was coming off. In just one day, he made them look brand new again!

Replaced a zipper on my Dainese leather riding jacket. Amazing work, looks and works like new. Very friendly and offered a very fair price for the work. 10/10 would come here again for a repair.
Mr and Ms Tcho make a great team. I took a pair of leather boots for repair. They're one of my wife's favorites since her mom gave them to her as a Xmas gift some years back. I almost throw them away 👢😬. Big mistake. My wife didn't share my idea.
Fortunately I could repair the moral damage by taking her boots myself to Total Shoe Repair! They did an excellent job, on a timely manner.
