When we were selling our home, Kalish and Associates was recommended to represent us for the closing. We’re so happy that we worked with them. They worked with the buyer’s attorney, managed the negations and made sure that all required documentation was gathered and correct for a smooth closing. They even found that we were eligible for a rebate for our New Jersey property transfer fee that saved us considerable money. We were unaware that this rebate even existed.
