I'm always a little more at ease when a wedding I'm photographing is at Farmstead. They treat me like family when i'm there and they are so attentive to the needs of the bride and groom as well as their family and guests. I was there last winter to photograph Raphael and Amelias gorgeous wedding. The staff provided all of the guests with blankets and hot cider to keep warm and give the bride and groom their dream outdoor ceremony, regardless of the weather. The grounds are big, and the staff is ready to take you on a golf cart wherever you need to go! (when i say, ready, I mean i don't even have to search or ask for one, it's right there when I need it. We utilized Farmstead for our rehearsal dinner and they did not disappoint! From the very beginning the communication was clear, professional and prompt and they helped us stay organization throughout the planning. The event itself turned out to be perfect. The staff was on point with the schedule and the room looked beautiful. Our guests were amazed at how nice of a venue it was. Very highly recommend having an event there if you're looking in the other. On an unrelated note it's also a fantastic golf course! We look forward to the weather getting warmer so we can come back and play it again.
All in all, one of our favorite courses around. The course is beautiful and challenging with 4 sets of tees. The people who work here are amazing, friendly, personable, and courteous. The conditions are as good as anywhere around, but in today's world, at Farmstead you won't feel like you were robbed. The greens fees are more than reasonable and fair. Plus, after the round, there's really no nicer patio on a golf course where you can sit with a cold beer and some food and look out at the course. I have nothing negative to say. But I will say to the people running it and working there, thank you and keep up the good work!
