Rick and Renee were very professional! I called in on Monday about Flying Squirrels in my attic. Renee asked if I wanted them to come out the same day, but I couldn’t leave work so we agreed on Tuesday. They arrived on time, Renee also sent me a text when they were 10 minutes out. They were very personable and explained everything along with the plan on what was going to be done next. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

We have used Diamond several times over the years. Ric and Renee are always responsive and quick to come out. This last time we had yellow jackets in our retaining wall. After treating them Ric walked around the house to see if we had any other nests. Well we did, a huge one on our dormer. I'm so thankful he took the initiative to do an inspection.
