If you need a mechanic go see Jake. This place is no joke. They have a night drop and late pickup box securing your keys which is nice so you don’t have to rush to pick up your car. They send you a full report with a quote that you check what you want done and what you don’t and hit authorize. The prices were fair considering the Audi dealer would have been twice the price. They sent pictures in the app of the tires in the back of the car and showed what the issue was. They even said they added the alignment to the quote but it didn’t actually need it so they removed it from the bill. They sent a link with the invoice and paid right on my phone. I've had oil changes done on my Porsche 928 and other work on my Jeep at this car shop. For the oil changes, they exceeded expectations by providing detailed photos underneath, helping us plan for future maintenance of this old car. The service is consistently friendly, making it my go-to place for all car needs. Overall, a five-star experience.

Outstanding experience. Pleasant staff, timely, clean car repairs done perfectly without being pressured into repairing 6 or more other unnecessary repairs which is always my experience at a dealership. They pointed out things that would need attention in the future, even offered a ride when dropping off if you live locally. Spotless work area where the cars are serviced. Highly recommend.
