I called about a future purchase that i wanted to do. I asked the person on the phone multiple questions and he answered everything i asked him and more. I have to remind you i never brought car here, i didn't pay anything here and they were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
Amazing Service. They are so nice and extremely accommodating. My transmission failed and they were there to walk me through the entire process. Even though I didn't go through with the repairs (not because of them, but because of my situation), they were so professional and understanding. I have a new mechanic that I trust to get the work done professionally.
These guys are awesome and have earned my trust. They have a ton of great reviews on Google for a reason. My VW was having issues with the heater in the middle of the winter after just moving across the country. They didn't charge me a fee for inspecting it which was really nice. They said they would only charge a fee for diagnosing the problem if it required a lot of labor like pulling the dash out which was totally fair. They gave me a lot of information that really helped me weigh out my options. They told me I still had full coolant levels so the first thing they would do to try to fix the heat in my car is to flush the coolant, flush the heater core. They quoted me $630 total for the job which I thought was fair. He warned me that may or may not fix the problem and if it doesn't then it's very likely I will need a new heater core. The tech emphasized I should really consider if I want to start dumping money into my car as there are other issues that are costly and it may make more sense to eventually just get a new car rather than pouring money into trying to get all these issues fixed. The other issues I had included an intermittent flashing power steering light which the tech told me is an indication my electric power steering rack is going bad and may need to be totally replaced which would cost more than my car is worth. It would not make financial sense to replace it. Additionally, I have a check engine light on (emission related) and would not be able to register my car. These guys have been really been transparent with me and didnt try to take advantage. They provided me with a lot of information and advice to help me make informed decisions. Ultimately I took the techs advice and chose not to invest in repairs and have decided to eventually replace my car. When the time comes of needing a service or any kind of repairs - this is the only shop I will be bringing my car to. They've earned our trust and business! Also I don't know if they had anything to do with this or not, but I swear since leaving their shop my heat has actually been working better!! I managed to get through my first winter in jersey Now time to look for a new car. Thank you gentlemen - I really appreciate you guys for all your time, advice, and help!
