We placed an order for a large commercial pool cover for our HOA pool. Upon placing the order, Pool Safety Systems came to our site the next day to pickup our old pool cover to provide to the manufacturer to duplicate. The cover was completed and delivered in several weeks. Pool Safety Systems come back to install the cover 2 days after delivery and completed the task in a few hours. We found the company to be responsive and efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Pricing for the cover and installation was very competitive. We were well pleased with the service they performed.

Great service and very informative! We just opened our pool and didn’t want to take any chances with our very active toddler running around. Called and within a two days a safety fence was installed! Highly recommend!

My wife and I were very impressed with Tom's customer service, fair pricing and work product. He was here when he said he would be and was always very professional and responsive. After unsuccessfully trying to contact the installer for our old safety fence (needed to be reinstalled due to pool deck replacement), we found Tom's company and were pleasantly surprised to learn he could come out to CT for installs. We ended up going with him and buying a new fence to ensure we had adequate protection -- and we were glad we did.
