Amazing customer service!
The installers were super friendly, professional, and courteous. They did a beautiful job installing our replacement Meyco pool cover. It is even better than our original because they spent the time making sure it was a snug fit against our irregularly-shaped rocks.

I had an outstanding experience with Tom and Pool Safety Systems. The harsh winter finished off my old pool cover, with 6 panels collapsing under the weight of 2 consecutive snowfalls of 2 feet each. I reached out to a few companies online to identify replacement options and Tom was the first to respond. He walked me through my options and responded to my questions to find a better overall solution than a straight replacement of my old cover while precisely matching its dimensions so that we did not have to install new deck anchors. Just had my safety fence installed by Pool Safety Systems. Tom was great to work with got back to me within 24 hours for an estimate. Came out and showed me the product same day since he was in the area. Guys showed up on time had fence installed within hours. Was a pleasure dealing with this company! Thank you Tom and crew!
