I had an amazing experience since the beginning when I scheduled a test drive, I received a text from Jessica who was very helpful with my initial questions. The day of my appointment, I went with my wife and our little doggy and we were greeted with a smile from everybody; our salesman Ramon Guadalupe was incredible, extreme friendly and no pressure approach, we test drove two vehicles and they had one that was everything we were looking for. Max was very excellent as a sales person he helped me and Heather find the perfect car for us he was very thankful and we loved our service with Max when you buy a car please go to him he is the guy to find a car

Wayne, Ryan, and Taja were and always are seriously incredible. They make me feel like family and are so friendly. I go out of my way to go to BMW in Roxbury even though other BMWs are closer because I feel so taken care of here!
