Usually I do not leave reviews, my puppies came out with their hair all chopped and un even, one leg / arm more hair then others, face wasn’t cleaned at all, I know there both puppies and are a hard time however groomers should know how to deal with that, luckily I found a place cheaper and they do an amazing job I hate leaving bad reviews but my one puppy didn’t even look like her we thought we took the wrong dog home!! That’s how much it didn’t look like her we kept calling her the imposter puppy for 3 months til her hair grew back. There is no place better for pet grooming. Jeanie is terrific, knowledgeable and caring. She is beyond skilled at her craft. She out shines herself every visit. It’s impossible to think things could get any better, but they do. My boys have never looked so good.

This morning I called this shop to ask some questions about grooming my recently adopted cocka poo. The owner who answered immediately cut me off as I was asking questions about the crating, was completely rude, and told me within short order to go elsewhere. Having been in the law business for many years I can hardly believe that anyone with this disposition can retain customers. I would never want to leave my pet with this person, so be warned as to what you will deal with if you patronize this business.
