This is a review regarding OFFICE NURSING STAFF ONLY. I am new to this practice since my OBGYN retired. I tried to call to get my script refilled … the girl at the front desk was very nice but all she could do was transfer me to the nurses line for who I had already left messages. My pharmacy had sent in a request and all of this is being ignored for days… sorry, but this is not a way to run. A medical practice. Makes people feel really unsafe.
Thank God, i found a Doctor that is compassionate, knowledgeable, and practice great bedside manners!!! I traveled 45- 1 hour to see Dr. Bochner. There are few GYN doctors that are sincere and actually take the time to
listen and explain thoroughly a medical concern to their patient; without rushing them out the room. I always felt a sense of calmness when i am in his presence. He never hesitated to answer my questions or addressed my concerns.😊 Dr. RONNIE, YOU'RE THE BEST!!! Keep up the excellent service!!!! I used to sing the praises of this office. I had the most wonderful time with my first pregnancy however since switching over to lifeline medical they have gone downhill. They managed to twist the knife of a miscarriage to make it as painful as possible. I went in for bleeding and the doctor hold me the baby was measuring behind but had a heartbeat and I had nothing to worry about. I go back in for more bleeding and I’m told there was no cardiac activity and the heartbeat measured at that appointment was weak.
