Midway Dry Cleaners & Laundromat is known for its friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Most employees are nice and helpful, creating a great experience for customers. Customers appreciate the quiet environment, and the standout employee has been recognized for his exceptional service.
I did see all of the negative reviews, I however did have a different experience. Dryer 11 did stain up my $350 Vera Wang comforter but the owner handled the situation very professionally. I was able to rewash my comforter and the situation was rectified. There are newer machines that work very well and the location is very clean. It's nice and quiet there.
I've been here alot over the years and most of the employees are nice with the exception of 1 or two. Hopefully they have humbled themselves by now. It's mostly quiet and peaceful here ++
The lady the works there on Sunday days could be a little bit nicer about closing hours .! I was there around 6:40 and she said to me everyone needs to be out of here at 8 cause we close at 8 .! Others were still there .!?The Indian guy the works there is the best.
