The technician came out a very good time in the icemaker. I was broken he had.It In his truck and was able to replace it the same day and I thank him for that specially on this Christmas Eve thank you for his service merry Christmas
The technician was great efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. But for the 2 times i set an appointment they never came when promised. On both occasions the tech was an hour and a half late.
Paid for a washing machine diagnostic. The technician was very helpful and clearly explained what was wrong with my machine. He gave me a fair estimate for the repair cost, and was upfront and honest when saying that it would be more cost effective to get a new washing machine given the nature of my repairs
