It can be so hard to find someone who will even get to the doing work. So many are just clearly looking to strong-arm people into paying whatever price for whatever work, just because it can be so hard just to find someone. Andrzej and his colleague are more like the way I remember things used to be: You describe the situation, you discuss the details, he gives you a price and details on his availability. He shows up, does the work, and best of all, he's friendly and polite the whole time.
