My mother became ill and was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks. She was released to another facility in mid December. I came in from out of town and was not pleased with the place she was sent and had her moved to Ariel Bay. It was a very good decision. The staff were all terrific and made her feel very comfortable. She encountered more health issues and was sent back to the hospital. Upon release she went into hospice care at Ariel Bay and again the staff was excellent. I cannot thank all involved enough for the care and kindness you all provided my mother in her 2 stays with you.
I discovered that the podiatrist had not seen my husband who desperately needs to see him. I've been trying to get him seen since November!! He also needs a shave and a haircut. When he eats his mustache gets into the food. I requested this several times. What else can I do?
I had the pleasure of following Shalom Egert, the administrator here around for a couple of days to learn the ropes. He is an administrator who cares for the residents in a respectful manner, and treats his staff well. He does a great job keeping up with what is going on with all of the residents and is there to help if any issues come up.
This facility really cares for and respects the needs of the residents admirably.
