Young Kevin T Hardwood Floors

Kevin came over and told me he would repair my damaged floors. He apparently hurt is back so he canceled. I spoke with his wife on two occasions and asked when he would set a date. Both times she said that Kevin would call me. One week has gone by and no call. Where is the courtesy and professionalism. If he doesn't want to do the floors, he should call me and tell me. I have the extra wood sitting in my family room for about 2 months. I am very disappointed as I thought I found a reliable guy.

Kevin did a phenomenal job on our hardwood floors (and that's still underselling it) and we gave him an incredibly rough canvass to work with. He was able to fix water damaged and buckling boards with ease and refinished our floors beyond expectations. We were searching for someone to fix our hardwood floors that were under the decades old carpet in the new home we just bought. They were beyond beaten stained, cracked and more and unlike both the other estimators we got, Kevin didn't try to push a sale, was on time and has great work ethic. Kevin did an excellent job on my hardwood floors, the wood was very old and under carpet so I was concerned but after staining and sanding them the look like NEW!! Such an amazing job-- he is a perfectionist and does everything by hand so it's impeccable!
