Tom was there every step of the way to help our family achieve our dream home. Wow! Tom and Associates restored our faith that there are still trustworthy, professional and talented individuals who do what they are hired for at the price quoted. We delt with many contractors in the past in our previous, nearly 300 year old house, which left us truly paranoid about hiring "contractors". Not only did Rasinski Construction provide quality finishes, great input on design choices and prompt attention when unforseen issues poped up but they did it all when we had serious personal health curveballs thrown our way and we couldn't be on site very much. It took a long time to find the right contractor. We interviewed several but the search was over when we consulted with Tom Rasinski of Rasinski Construction LLC. There are some traits that are non-negotiable when trusting someone to work on your home. They need to be open to ideas, patient when questions come up or changes need to be made. They must be communicative and responsive - great at keeping to their scheduled timeline, and if any issues come up - quick to find a solution. They should have experienced, professional and knowledgable subcontractors (friendly is always a plus!). Above all, there should be quality craftsmanship.
