They care for my dog Tucker and recently he had an ear infection, so we had to bring him back a few times to administer his medication in his ear, and they took us in immediate every time.
We have been taking our dogs to see Dr Vogel and Dr Peltier for many years and I would never consider going anywhere else!
The office staff is very caring and always listens well to my concerns, they have always been able to get us in quickly for sick visits. I also feel that I am never pressured into costly tests or treatments there like with some other vets.
We moved to Jackson area recently with our 2 year old rescue mutt. Took a chance and tried Jackson vet since the old vet was really far now (and I didn't really like the team). I am seriously upset that I didn't know about this team sooner- I would have driven across town for appts anytime for the calm loving experience they provided. I didn't read the reviews before I made an appt and reading them now I am not surprised in the least bit that most are 5 stars. Rocky is a nervous dog and can get aggressive in stressful situations. He was scared but the way the tech and the Dr handled him was amazing and as soon as we were done he was all wiggles and joy! He forgave them...read full review
