Compared to the last AC service I used, this technician took the time to explain each step of the preventive maintenance process and finished everything in under an hour. It’s been a few days now and the system is still running smoothly without any issues.
Their quote was reasonably aligned with what I expected from previous installations, and the technician took just over three hours to complete the job. This time around, they made sure to address an airflow issue that was overlooked during my last install, resulting in a more consistent cooling throughout the house.
I expected the dismantlement of our A/C system to be straightforward, and while they completed the work in about two hours, I wish they had taken more care to ensure all debris was thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Overall, their expertise was evident, but the cleanup left a bit to be desired.
