Choosing Flow Martial Arts in Jackson for our two sons (aged 12 and 9) has been one of the best decisions my husband and I have made for our family. Keith Murphy, the owner and instructor is masterful in his delivery of unparalleled instruction in martial arts. He's firm yet compassionate and both gives and receives respect from all of his students. The students are pushed to their maximum potential and their training yields optimal results. Most importantly for my family, my sons have a safe place to train, bond with their peers, and feel a sense of accomplishment as they grow in their martial arts abilities. So much love and respect for Keith and Flow Martial Arts! My daughter Scarlet has been training under Keith for years and she’s grown in many ways. She’s faster, stronger, discipline, and can defend herself. What I love most about Keith and his teachings is how patient but firm (when necessary & respectful) he is with all children. He’s aware of any special needs our children may have without making them feel like they’re different. Treating each student like they’re his own child with the same respect he expects to receive!
