Honesty and dependability should be their slogan. A great buisness where owner is on the job site. This is rare. Work is done with pride of ownership and care for customer's needs. Stay away from Terminex and all other "franchise" companies. They are just there for the money. I experienced two other companies prior to finding Elite.
