The entire staff made the process so easy and as pleasant as possible (pleasant and home repair don't usually go together). From the initial assessment through the final check, everyone from Empire we dealt with was incredibly knowledgable, polite and accommodating. The actual repair crew was above and beyond - meticulous work in the repair, and they even fixed the botched trim job our contractors left from our addition a few years ago (said contractors were the reason for the mold in the first place - they used improper plumbing fittings that didn't hold, causing a massive leak/flood under the house). Extremely detail oriented, and were even offering to hang a new set of shelves to replace the ones I took down (I declined b/c I haven't chosen them yet, but the fact that they were willing to do it for me speaks volumes).
