Since Aspen has been doing my Fall fertilizer on all my plants and Biostimulant Treatment on all my hydrangea's everything looks so much better!!!! From start to finish, Aspen Tree Experts treated me as a partner in this giant clean up and tree removal. Recent storms split our 10-story Hickory tree. Its huge fallen limb damaged our fence and knocked out a few tree limbs in my neighbor’s backyard. A certified arborist visited our property to help assess the health of the tree and also took the opportunity to assess the health of our other trees. The project wound up being a combination of storm cleanup and two tree removals. We developed a plan that would accommodate the tricky location of the old Hickory. We discussed the type of machinery as well as access to the yard. They even worked with me to itemize the estimate in accordance to home owner insurance requirements. The crew that arrived on the job were knowledgeable as much as they were professional. They kept me informed of every step making sure they had my input to stay aligned with the plan. Cleanup was better than I expected. And I will continue to partner with Aspen to maintain the health and safety of my trees.
First an arborist came to my house to look at my trees. He gave me a plan on how to clean up the trees, which ones to trim, which needed to be removed and gave me a quote. When the crew came to do the work. very professional about their business and did the work. Once the work was done, they cleaned up the yard and left. I was very satisfied by the work done and the clean up. If not for some missing trees, you'd never know any work had been done.
