Used this company for a fridge repair. Im annoyed. The guy that came out and saw my fridge was very nice, but, he didn't check ANY internal components like the compressor, thermostat, fan etc. he just looked underneath the fridge. so he charged me 360 to not run a true diagnostic. I thought maybe thats how things work but then I called someone else and they checked all of these things. It ended up being ice build up around fan in my fridge. I did not call this business back as I felt they were trying to extract money out of me and waste time with appointments and no repair. Came to repair ice maker tray which I learned had jumped out of its fixture. Changed the whole ice maker instead of just trying to push it back in. Usd 350 for the unit.1 hour labor and driving to our house usd 575.Used our bathroom which he left absolutely disgusting.Can not recommend.Seems all other reviews here are from 1-review accounts..I since wrote to the manufacturer about the problem with the ice maker and this service and they advised they will send a new one for free.
