Dr. Chawla is very thorough. She takes her time to speak with you regarding your needs and concerns. She explains your eye ailments. I never feel rushed, unseen or not heard. I am grateful for her knowledge and experience because her diagnosis have made my eyes better.
I have my eye check ups done here yearly since a few years now. Every one is pleasant and appointments are kept on time. Good experience. Dr. Chawla is good and knowledgeable. I find it annoying that each time I need to complete a paperwork that has the same basic information like my name, address etc. why?!!! Paperwork should be updated only if there are changes. All Dr offices are now electronic. Seems a waste of time to complete a form each ty.
I enjoyed my visit. Dr Chawla was very personable and made me feel at ease. She made me understand what was going on and what to do. The young ladies that signed me in and performed the tests were also very nice and professional. I would highly recommend their services!
