We used Beacon Logistics for a recent device shipment; it was a very last-minute company decision and a little twisting experience. The shipment arrived one day later than expected, and the customer service team was on point in resolving the issue. I suggest a more coordinated effort to deliver the shipments on time. Sometimes it can be challenging, but customer service, acknowledging issues, and providing real solutions won me. I would recommend them.
