usually i never have an issue at this ulta, but today the lady ringing me up was a little ruder than normal. i had two items and i walked up to the line for the register. the lady ringing up was older, looked to be in her late 50s/early 60s, and she was helping a lady already. after she was finished with her, she just looked up and waved her hand for me to come over. i walked up and said hello, to which she did not respond. i put my things down and said “just those”. then she said i needed to put my ulta number in before she rang me up. while putting in the number she said “did you find everything alright sir?” to the guy who was standing behind me. he said he...read full review
The girls that work at the ultra in Howell are so sweet and just lovely. Great personalities and I can tell they love makeup. Anytime I'm checking out at the register or being greeted it's always someone that just looks cool. Cool hair colors, cool makeup, both done well. Always with a smile.
