We hired Powerpro Carpet cleaning in NJ to clean chairs and our couches and 3 area rugs. We have dogs so there was a few pet stains and odors. Everything they cleaned came out perfect and looks like new again. We were recommended by a friend and will recommend Powerpro to our friends and family.

My carpets hadn't been cleaned in sometime because I'd had a very bad experience with a carpet cleaning service a while back and I've had trust issues since. I decided to give PowerPro a shot. After hearing about my previous experience over the phone, Rich M, the owner, decided to come out and do the estimate himself. He explained to me how companies like "Sammy" Steamer bait the hook with unrealisticly low prices then SET that hook once they've begun the job. He took the time to explain his process and gave me a REALISTIC expectation on a price to obtain the level of results that HE needed. His fees are surprisingly reasonable considering his extensive experience, knowledge and specialized equipment. His forthcoming honesty was very refreshing, he even PASSED on a large room of extensively stained, VERY expensive carpeting that he felt his or ANY process would not be effective enough to meet his standards. I offered to pay for his best efforts, but he insisted the carpet was not salvageable. (After he left, I called another company who GLADLY took $500 to "do their best" ....WELL, RICH WAS RIGHT! It actually looked WORSE) I immediately called PowerPro back and booked an appt. Needless to say, I'm now an official PowerPro happily satisfied customer. If you value your time as well as your money, if you want a NO NONSENSE, NO SURPRISES experience minus the "bait and switch" and "upsell" routines, I strongly suggest you save yourself headaches and regrets and just call the folks at PowerPro.
