DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE CLEANER. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. I brought my nice Charles Tyrwhitt shirts here and they tore up the collars on 3 of my shirts. I brought it back to them just to ask for a refund because they are now unwearable. The owner came out and refused to accept responsibility for the shirts, then proceeded to tell me my shirts were “***** and it wasn’t his fault… these shirts are $100 each. He claimed they were 20 year old shirts so I showed him the receipt from 1 year ago and he told me to take them to small claims court because there would be no refund. Worst dry cleaner ever! Not worthy of a one star rating (zero stars is not an option here).They completely ruined my jacket and tie. Whatever process they use created sploches where the color was bleached out. I had to throw out the items. I brought in perfectly good clothing and they made them into trash. Incompetent and rude about it as well. Avoid Landmark Cleaners in Howell at all costs!

I rarely write reviews but was so appalled at how I was treated I felt it was necessary. I've been coming here for years for alterations and dry cleaning. Services were generally fine with a small issue here or there that was quickly addressed (for ex. underarm area not completely cleaned, altered hem became loose after one wear, etc.) My husband wore a new dress shirt once that I dropped off for cleaning and to be pressed with an open collar. He even tried the shirt on again before I dropped it off. It looked great. It shrunk so bad that he could not close the buttons and the sleeves were above his wrists!
