I have used this company for multiple installations at my home. Hot water heater, furnace, and AC condenser. The work is top notch and the team and technicians truly do go the extra mile for their customers. I have worked in construction for over a decade and recommend First Degree to anyone in need. Prices are honest and transparent. Writing this review after they helped me out of jamb at 8pm on a Sunday and refused payment.
I am so glad we found First Degree for reliable repair and servicing of our heating and air conditioning system. The previous company that we used was very shady and always recommending repairs or replacements that were not needed. We are extra thankful that when a First Degree technician comes, they are so honest. Michael is so kind and a gem and overall does a thorough job. Thank you!
First Degree is a great company to do business with. We had a problem with our heater and they were fast, kind, patient and professional. And very fair prices for a Saturday call. Mike and Ken are exceptional!!
